Research on Dynamic Stress–Strain Change Rules of Rubber-Particle-Mixed Sand

We conducted GDS dynamic triaxial tests to study the change rules of hysteresis curve morphology, axial strain, elastic modulus, and damping ratio waste tire rubber-mixed sand-based subgrade model samples with different rubber particle sizes, mixing amounts, loading times. The research revealed developmental rule curves rubber-mixed-sand under cyclic loading. From analyses comparison stress–strain rubber-particle-mixed-sand test conditions, it was concluded that modulus shear stiffness were smaller than those pure sand while their ratios greater samples, promoting vibration resistance reduction a larger extent. Therefore, this conclusion is guiding significance for engineering practice.
